FULL DESIGN & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Let us create a design for your perfect new interior and then make it happen for you.

Once we've agreed the design (simply design stage), we'll go on to plan and manage every detail of the work.  You can get on with your life, confident that we're in control of everything.  No worrying about what's due when, and who's doing what.  If there's a delivery expected when you're out, we'll be there.  If there's a hitch we'll resolve it.

You deal with just one person - Diane Jones, our lead designer.  She'll keep you fully informed, and won't call the project complete until she has personally placed every last accessory.

We liaise with Architects and Builders, keep a close eye on budgets, and bring in our own team of skilled tradesmen to ensure that every part of the project is completed to the highest possible standards.

You are of course welcome to use your own tradesmen if you prefer - just put us in touch, and we'll liaise as necessary.

Prices:

* No-obligation initial consultation - FREE

* Time spent bring in tradesmen for quotation - to be agreed

* Project management: Between 10% and 20% of the overall cost, depending on the size of the project.

The trade discounts we negotiate for our clients can offset a large proportion of this cost.
